Website purpose
This website presents jade pieces, educational material and a way to request information. Sending an enquiry, adding an item to a cart or receiving an automated acknowledgement does not by itself create an accepted order.
Product information
Jade is a natural material and each piece can vary in colour, pattern, translucency, inclusions, dimensions and appearance under different light. Trade descriptions such as A-grade, seed jade, natural skin, icy or mutton-fat are not a substitute for an independent laboratory conclusion. Before payment, ask for current images, measurements, condition information and any available report for the exact piece.
Quotations and orders
A purchase is agreed only after we confirm in writing the exact item or work, availability, price and currency, accepted payment method, delivery arrangement, applicable shipping charges, tax or duty treatment, and the cancellation or return terms for that order. Do not send payment until those details have been confirmed.
Delivery, taxes and import charges
Available delivery methods, estimated timing, insurance, tracking and responsibility for import taxes or duties depend on the destination and the agreed order. These points must be confirmed in writing before payment. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless the written order terms expressly say otherwise.
Returns, cancellation and transit issues
Return eligibility, notice periods, condition requirements, return shipping and any exclusions for custom work depend on the written terms accepted for the specific order. Contact us before returning an item. For loss or transit damage, keep the packaging and provide photographs promptly so that the carrier process can be reviewed. Any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you remain unaffected.
Custom work
For custom carving, sizing or sourcing, the material, design, dimensions, price, deposit, approval stages, expected timing, cancellation rights and treatment of unused material must be recorded in writing before work begins.
Website use and intellectual property
You may use this website for personal research and legitimate enquiries. Do not interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or abusive material, attempt unauthorised access, or reuse site text and images commercially without permission. Third-party names and references belong to their respective owners.
Limits and changes
